| Abstract: | In this paper the system of protection new plant varieties was studied and the current situation of the protection new plant varieties in China was analyzed. It shows the importance of protection new plant varieties in the plant breeding. The effect and the development of the protection new plant varieties in the crop breeding institutions were suggested in this paper. |
