| 摘 要： | 自然状态下,球囊霉属(Glomus)的真菌为元宝械VA菌根菌优势种;在幼龄到壮龄期随树龄增加VA菌根感染强度增强,而后逐渐减弱;苗期接种VA菌根菌可提高菌根感染率,促进苗木生长。

| Abstract: | In nature ,Glomus fungi were dominant species of Acer truncatum Bunge. Infectious intensity of VA mycorrhiza increased gradually from seedling to adolescent stage,then decreased slowly as tree age increased. Inoculation with VA mycorrhizal fungi significantly increased mycorrhizal infection and enhanced seedling growth. |
