铅厂水电站RCC重力坝施工期温控方案研究

摘    要:铅厂水电站RCC重力坝上升速度快,为解决温控问题,施工期间结合现场混凝土试验结果和气象实测资料,选择溢流坝段作为代表坝段,对7组温控方案进行三维有限元仿真分析计算,根据最高温度、基础温差、超标拉应力范围和大小等计算结果综合分析,推荐控制20℃的混凝土浇筑温度+通16℃冷却水实施方案,取得较好的效果。

Abstract:The height of RCC gravity dam of Qianchang Hydroelectric Power Station is growing fast during the construction period,thus temperature control is significant for the construction of the whole dam.In order to solve the problem mentioned above,considering the results of concrete in-situ test and the local meteorological data,overflow section is chosen to analyze as typical section and seven temperature control plans are proposed.According to the results of 3D FEM simulation and analysis of each plan,and based on a comprehensive analysis of the highest temperature,basic temperature difference,excessive tensile stress range and value etc,control temperature of concrete placing is 20 centigrade degree and the temperature of cooling water is 16 centigrade degree.Under this condition the result is good.
