产红曲色素红曲霉的筛选

摘    要:采用直接分离法和稀释平板分离法,成功从市售红腐乳和实验室保藏的红曲米中分离三株红色色素产生菌,编号为H1、H2、H3,其发酵液色价分别为17.32、14.37、10.47U/mL,其中菌株H1的发酵液色价最高。

Abstract:By direct separation method and dilution plate separation method,we have successfully isolated three red pigment producting strains from the commercially available red fermented bean curd and laboratory preserved red yeast rice,whose serial numbers are H1,H2,H3,and whose color values of the fermentation broth are 17.32,14.37,10.47U/mL,of which the color value of the fermentation broth of strain H1 is the highest.
