| 摘 要： | 目的了解长期住院的贫困精神分裂症患者在参投医疗保险后，其临床治疗与生活质量的变化。方法以在中山市第三人民医院住院2a以上并在2008年1月1日至2008年6月30日间参投医疗保险的精神分裂症患者为研究对象，对其参保前后的住院医疗费用、抗精神病药物使用情况、医疗相关服务、药物副反应、临床疗效、生活质量等方面进行自身对照比较。结果患者投入的医疗费用增加（P〈0．01），抗精神病药物使用以非典型为主，药物副反应减少（P〈0．01），生活质量有所提高（P〈0．05）。结论医疗保险对长期住院贫困精神分裂症患者的康复治疗及生活质量有积极影响。 |
