山东省耕地资源安全保障研究

随着城市化和工业化进程的加快,非农业用地的规模不断扩大,土地供需矛盾已成为制约山东经济发展的重要因素之一,其中以耕地的快速减少最突出。根据人口增长对粮食的需求态势,从粮食安全的角度对山东省耕地资源供需情况进行了预测,并对耕地供需中存在的问题进行分析;在此基础上建立了耕地资源安全评价指标体系,并对未来10年耕地安全保障程度及安全状态进行了评价。

Evaluation of the Safeguard of Cultivated Land Resources in Shandong Province

With the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization,the non-agricultural land has continously expanded.Accordingly,the contradiction between land demand and supply,of which the rapid decrease of farmland is standing out,has become one of the most important factors impeding the economic development in Shandong province.According to grain demand by population-increasing,the demand and supply of cultivated land resources were predicted in view of grain security and its problems were analyzed.Based on the analysis,the evaluation index system of cultivated land resources was established.Meanwhile,security degree and security states of the land resources were evaluated in Shandong province in next 10 years.
