某柴油机异响的NVH性能分析与优化

摘    要:为改善某柴油机异响问题,通过振动噪声试验进行分析,找出原机NVH性能问题的部位是FEAD附件支架和前端罩盖。对两部分结构分别提出优化方案并验证,结果表明:提高FEAD附件支架X方向的刚度,断开前端罩盖与FEAD附件支架的连接能有效减小噪声,对优化整机NVH性能效果明显。

Abstract:In order to improve the abnormal noise of a diesel engine,analysis of the vibration and noise test found that the parts of the NVH performance problem of the original engine are FEAD accessory bracket and the front cover.The optimization schemes for the two parts of the structure are proposed and validated respectively.The results show that increasing the X-direction stiffness of the FEAD accessory bracket and disconnecting the front cover from the FEAD accessory bracket can effectively reduce the noise and optimize the NVH performance of the whole engine.
