| 摘 要： | “5．12”汶川地震的发生，让成都城市防灾避险绿地设施的不完善问题突显出来。城市防灾公园是严重灾害发生时，为了保障市民的生命财产、强化大城市防灾结构，而建设的起避难疏散场所作用的城市公园或绿地。本文针对在“5．12”汶川地震中出现的问题，以成都市人民公园为例，从植物景观、应急设施和应急环境保护等三个方面探讨公园防灾功能方面的规划设计。

| Abstract: | The occurrence of the 5.12 Wenchuan earthquake revealed the imperfections in disaster prevention and hedge green space facilities of the Chengdu city. Urban disaster prevention park is a park or a piece of green area with function of refuge sheltered from disaster and for evacuation. It is constructed for saving life and property and for enhancing the functions of disaster prevention of a city when earthquakes occur.
