| 摘 要： | 本文从英格尔斯现代化标准评价体系、现代化综合评价体系和二次现代化指标三个方面来比较琼台现代化水平之差异，说明海南应该在发展战略、政府角色、教育和农业开发等几个方面借鉴台湾的发展经验和教训，并结合海南实际，树立强烈的“追赶意识”，发挥自身优势，不断提高海南的现代化水平。

| Abstract: | This thesis has made a comparison of modernization levels between Hainan and Taiwan on the basis of the Ingalls modernization standard evaluation system,the comprehensive modernization evaluation system and the two-modernization index.Then it analyzed what Hainan should learn form Taiwan on strategies,the role that government plays,education,agriculture development and etc.during that process.At length,the thesis suggested that in order to catch up with Taiwan using Hainan's advantages based on the reality eagerly,Hainan should draw lessons and obtain experiences from the forth goers of modernization and fetch in advanced technique and equipment. |
