| Abstract: | One hundred and eighty 1-day-old AA broilers were randomly assigned to three groups,control group 1 and 2,basic diet,basic diet+red clover isoflavone(10 mg·kg-1) and basic diet+red clover isoflavone(20 mg·kg-1) were fed to the broilers respectively.The results showed that red clover isoflavone could increase daily weight gain(P<0.05),the content of total protein(TP) and albumin in serum(P>0.05),reduced the content of urea nitrogen(P>0.05) and triglycercide(TG)and total cholesterol(TC) in serum of broiler at 49 d(P<0.05).Groups 1 and 2 had no significant difference.These results indicated that red clover isoflavone could modulate growth performance.Red clover isoflavone facilitated anabolism,and accelerated the growth of broilers. |
