不同年龄组糖尿病病例临床的对比分析

本文对本院近10年住院的老年期、老前期、青壮期糖尿病病例各130例进行了临床对比分析,结果表明;以“三多一少”症状就诊者老年期占44.6％、老前期占73.1％、青壮期占87.7％;入院时空腹血糖轻度升高者,老年期为47.7％、老前期43.1％、青壮期14.6％;并发症以脂代谢障碍疾病为主者,老年期为56.8％、老前期36.6％、青壮期29.0％。治疗后10天内症状缓解、血糖恢复正常者老年期为33.8％、老前期18.5％、青壮期9.2％,而>30天才能控制者老年期为26.9％、老前期43.8％、青壮期65.2％;各组Ⅱ型患者虽以控制饮食和口服降糖药为主,但需用胰岛素长期治疗者老年期为28.5％、老前期32.3％、青壮期58.8％。

CLINICAL COMPARISION AMONG DIFFERENT AGE GROUPS OF DIABETIC PATIENTS

Among 654 cases of the recent 10 years hospitalized diabetic patients 130 of each respective aged groups, namly 60 and over 60 years old as semile group A,45 to 59 years old as prese-niloe group B,and 15 to 44 years old as young ages group C are sorted out randomly for certain items of clinical analyses. The results showed that the ratios of the following items in the order of groups A,B,and C are as follows: With the symptoms and signs of polydipsia, polyepsia , polyuria and weight loss for admission there is the ratio of 44. 6 % , 73. 1 % and 87- 7% respectively. The. fasting blood sugar ratio during admissions is 47. 7%, 43. 1% and 14. 6% respectively. The ratio for the lipid metabolic disturbance as a chief complication is 56. 8%, 36. 6% and 29. 0% vespectively. The ratio for the remission of the foregoing symptom with resuming of normal blood sugar level 10 day after treatment is 33. 8%, 18. 5% and 9.2% respectively while that more than 3 0 days after treatment is 26. 9 % , 43. 8 % and 65. 2% respectively. The ratio for the patients belonged to the phase of WHO'S phasing of the diabetes who were maing treated with dietary control and sugar lowering drugs and still needed long term administration of insulin is 28. 5% , 32. 3% and 50. 8% respectively.
