杠柳苷类化合物电喷雾多级质谱裂解行为研究

摘    要:
萝藦科植物杠柳Periploca sepium是中国分布广泛的一种传统杀虫植物,因其次生代谢产物具有显著的杀虫活性,被认为是一种潜在的植物源杀虫剂。本文综述了杠柳的杀虫抑菌活性、主要杀虫活性成分、作用机理以及制剂开发与应用,并结合笔者的工作,重点介绍了杠柳主要杀虫化合物杠柳新苷P在东方黏虫Mythimna separata幼虫中肠细胞膜上的作用靶标及其靶标验证方面的研究进展。最后,展望了杠柳作为商业化杀虫剂研究的未来发展趋势,以期为中国绿色农药创制提供参考。

Abstract:
Periploca sepium, a traditional insecticidal plant, belongs to Asclepiadaceae and is widely distributed in China. It is considered as a potential botanical pesticide because of the significant insecticidal activity of its secondary metabolites. In this review, the insecticidal and antimicrobial activities, main insecticidal active ingredients, mechanism of action, and preparations development and application of P. sepium were reviewed. And combining with the author's work, it highlighted the research progress about the target identification and verification of the main insecticidal compound periplocoside P acting on the midgut cell membrane of Mythimna separata larvae. Finally, the potential application of P. sepium as a commercial pesticide was prospected, which provided a reference for the development of green pesticides in China.
