摘    要:[目的]为了找到较为理想的解冻温度与时间,为基层黄牛改良工作提供技术参考。在不同温度区、不同时间解冻牛细管冷冻精液,对解冻后的精子活力进行检测。[方法]采用50~90℃每隔10℃设一个温区解冻牛细管冻精,检测解冻后精液的活力。[结果]在50~90℃5个温度梯度下快速解冻不同时间后的精子活力均在0.35以上,其中90℃解冻3~4s,80℃解冻4~5s,70℃解冻4~6s,60℃解冻8~9s后的精子活力均大于0.4,显著高于其他时间解冻后的精子活力。[结论]不同温度、时间解冻后精子活力各异,其最佳解冻温度和时间为90℃解冻3~4s,80℃解冻4~5s,70℃解冻4~6s,60℃解冻8~9s。

Abstract:[Objective]In order to find out the suitable sperm,which would provide technical information for basic thawing temperature and the time of cattle cattle improvement[Methods]Sperm motility after thawing at different temperature zones, different times were also detected, In details, sperm motility was detected at 50℃ ,60℃ ,70℃ ,80℃ and 90℃. [Results]Based on the above temperatures,the sperm motility were all above 0.35, including 90℃ thawing 3- 4s, 80℃ thawing 4-5s, 70℃ thawing 4- 6s, 60℃ thawing 8-9 s and the sperm vitality were all greater than 0.4, significantly higher than those of other times after thawing. [Conclusion]There were differences for sperm vitality among various temperatures and different times of sperm thawed. The best thawing temperatures and the times were 90℃ thawing 3-4s, 80℃ thawing 4-5s,70℃ thawing 4-6s,60℃ thaw 8-9s.
