摘    要:拮抗菌B-FS01具有广谱的拮抗活性,经鉴定为枯草芽胞杆菌,可产生脂肽类抗菌物质fengycins和surfactins。室内试验表明,B-FS01发酵液菌体量2.6×107个/mL及其无菌滤液对葡萄霜霉病菌均具有较好的抑制作用,抑制率分别达到了82.48%和68.66%。开发了B-FS01可湿性粉剂,田间试验表明B-FS01可湿性粉剂稀释液菌体量107个/mL对葡萄霜霉病采用保护和治疗两种施药方式,使用3次药后防效分别为88.25%和80.88%,优于对照药剂72%霜脲氰•锰锌可湿性粉剂600倍稀释液。本研究表明B-FS01可湿性粉剂对葡萄霜霉病具有良好的田间应用前景。

Abstract:A broad spectrum antagonistic strain B-FS01 of Bacillus subtilis was known to produce antimicrobial lipopeptides, including fengycins and surfactins. The inhibition rates of B-FS01 2.6×107 spores/mL and its sterile filtrate against Plasmopara viticola were 82.48% and 68.66%, respectively in the laboratory. The wettable powder preparation of B-FS01 WP was used in field experiments. The results showed that the biocontrol efficacy of B-FS01 WP diluent 107 spores/mL used in preventive and curative experiments for grape downy mildew were 88.25% and 80.88%, respectively, after treatment for 3 times. The efficacy value was higher than the chemical fungicide 72% cymoxanil and mancozeb WP (diluted 600 times). This study suggested that B FS01 WP had a valuable perspective for controlling the grape downy mildew in fields.
