| 摘 要： | 7日龄肉仔鸡480只,随机等分成4组,每组3个重复,分别给予0、50、100、200mg/kg的双氢杨梅树皮素,研究其对肉鸡生长性能及屠宰性能的影响.结果表明,双氢杨梅树皮素添加量为100mg/kg时的肉鸡生长及屠宰性能最佳,其增重速度比对照组提高8.78%(P＞0.05),死亡率比对照组降低33.3%,胸肌率比对照组提高19.05%(P＜0.05),腿肌率比对照组提高11.36%(P＞0.05),但是脾脏指数下降55.14%(P＜0.05). |

| Abstract: | 480 seven-day chickens which were given the dihydromyricetin with the doses of 0,50,100,200 mg/kg were selected to study the influence of dihydromyricetin on growth and slaughter performance of broilers.Results indicated that the dose of 100mg/kg was the best level which increased the growth rate 8.78%(P>0.05) .decreased the mortality 33.3%,raised chest muscle ratio 19.05%(P<0.05)and leg muscle ratio 11.36%(P>0.05),but the index of spleen reduced to 55.14%(P<0.05). |
