摘    要:
以溶化性、水分、颗粒中腺苷的含量为指标,研究两种成型工艺对板青颗粒主要指标成分的影响,从而为板青颗粒生产筛选先进的成型工艺。结果表明,沸腾制粒工艺所得颗粒在水分、溶化性方面有显著优势,腺苷的含量是传统摇摆制粒工艺的1.5倍,故建议板青颗粒生产选择沸腾制粒成型工艺。

Abstract:
The experiment of influence of two moulding processes on major component of Banqing granules was conducted,the moisture content,solubility and adenosine content of granules used as study targets.The advanced moulding process of Banqing granules was screened.The results showed that the content of adenosine by fluid-bed granulation was 1.5 times that of oscillating granulator and the fluid-bed granulation had significant advantages in moisture content and solubility.It was recommended that production of Banqing granules adopt the process of fluid-bed granulation.
