| 摘 要： | 我国创意林业目前还处于起步和自发生长阶段，迫切需要政府部门响应乡村振兴战略，因地制宜地围绕林业资源禀赋进行方向性指导。文中聚焦创意林业概念，从乡村振兴角度出发，分析创意林业的发展机遇和典型模式，对新形势下创意林业的内涵进行解读，提出加强顶层设计与政策扶持、强化品牌建设、发挥龙头企业作用、破解人才瓶颈方面的建议，以期进一步推动创意林业发展。

| Abstract: | Creative forestry in China is still in the initial stage in spontaneous growth, urgently calling for the government response to rural revitalization strategy, to promote adjustments on measures according to local conditions and to provide the directional guidance around the forestry resources. This paper focuses on the concept of creative forestry, analyzes the development opportunities and typical modes of creative forestry from the perspective of rural revitalization, interprets the connotation of creative forestry under the new situation, and puts forward some suggestions on strengthening top-level design and policy support, putting more efforts on brand building, giving full play to the role of leading enterprises and solving the bottleneck of the lack of skilled talents, so as to further promote the development of creative forestry. |
