服务乡村振兴战略的黑龙江省农村职业教育发展

在乡村振兴战略实施背景下,农村职业教育不仅事关农民教育权利,而且深刻影响农业现代化进程。黑龙江省是我国重要的农业大省,农村人口占常住人口的大多数,农民素质高低直接影响新农村建设的步伐,农耕文化的传承、生活理念和经营意识的改变不仅是影响农民素质高低的深层次原因,更是事关黑龙江省农村职业教育发展的关键。文中以服务黑龙江省乡村振兴战略实施为立足点,围绕黑龙江省农村职业教育发展现状和面临的问题,以农村新生活发展理念与经营意识改变为主线,结合思想认知、价值认同等影响农村职业教育发展的内在深层次因素,从教育主线、教育机制、教育渠道、教育方式等方面探究建立与之相适应的黑龙江省农村职业教育发展模式,以推动黑龙江省农村职业教育的发展,服务乡村振兴战略的实施。

Development of Rural Vocational Education in Heilongjiang Province Serving the Rural Revitalization Strategy

Under the background of the Rural Revitalization Strategy, rural vocational education not only concerns farmers' educational rights, but also profoundly influences the process of agricultural modernization. Heilongjiang province is China's important agricultural province, rural population accounts for the majority of the population of permanent residents, farmers’ quality will directly affect the pace of the new rural construction. The agricultural cultural heritage, the change of lifestyle, management consciousness of change are not only the deep-seated reasons of influencing farmers' diathesis, but also the key to the development of rural vocational education in Heilongjiang province. Based on serving the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy in Heilongjiang Province, centering on the current situation and problems of rural vocational education in Heilongjiang Province, taking the change of the development concept of new life in rural areas and the change of business consciousness as the main line, combined with the internal deep-seated factors that affect the development of rural vocational education, such as ideological cognition and value identification. From the main line of education, educational mechanism, educational channels, the paper intends to explore and establish the corresponding development model of rural vocational education in Heilongjiang Province from the aspects of educational methods, so as to promote the development of rural vocational education in Heilongjiang Province and serve the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy.
