摘    要:比较绿茶、乌龙茶、红茶、黑茶、白茶茶多糖(TPS)对四氧嘧啶诱导的糖尿病(DM)小鼠模型的降血糖效果。结果表明:在所设定的低、中、高剂量(200 mg/kg.d、400 mg/kg.d、800 mg/kg.d)下,各种茶叶TPS对DM小鼠都有显著或极显著的降血糖效果,其中绿茶具有明显的量效关系,而其它茶类量效关系不明显。在低、中剂量下,乌龙茶、红茶、黑茶、白茶TPS降低血糖的作用明显优于绿茶TPS,但在高剂量下差异不明显。TPS经木瓜蛋白酶水解后的降血糖效果优于未经水解的TPS ,灌胃酶解TPS的DM小鼠血糖值较灌胃非酶解TPS的降低13.79%,已接近正常小鼠血糖水平。

Abstract:To compare the effect of tea polysaccharides(TPS) from green tea extracts(GTE),Oolong tea extracts(OTE),black tea extracts(BTE),dark green tea extracts(DGTE)and white tea extracts(WTE) on blood glucose(BG)of alloxan-induced diabetes animal model. Results showed that blood glucose decreased considerably after one week of experiment. There was obvious relationship between the role in reducing BG and the dose of GTTPS. The effect of OTTPS,BTTPS,DGTTPS and WTTPS in reducing the blood-glucose was better than that of GTTPS under low and moderate doses. However, there were no obvious differences between various treatments under high dosage. Being hydrolyzed by papain,the effect of TPS in reducing BG was better. The blood-glucose value in DM mice ingested the enzyme-decomposed TPS via gastrogavage was 13.79% lower than that ingested the un-decomposed TPS, and the BG value in the treated mice was similar to the BG level of normal mice.
