摘    要:通过田间试验、化学分析和感官评吸等方法,研究了不同施氮量对翠碧一号(CB-1)烤烟产质量的影响。结果表明,不同施氮量对烤后烟叶产量、产值、化学成分和评吸质量均有显著影响。烤后烟叶产值、均价和上等烟比例在适宜的施氮量下表现较好。随施氮量增加,不同部位烟叶烟碱、总氮和石油醚提取物含量显著提高,总糖、还原糖含量、还原糖/烟碱比值和总氮/烟碱比值降低。综合烟叶内在化学分析和评吸结果,施氮量在58.5 kg/hm2和78 kg/hm2时,烟叶品质较好。

Abstract:Field experiments,chemical analysis and sensory test were carried out to study the effects of different nitrogen fertilizer amount on the yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves.The results showed that,yield,chemical composition and sensory test results of flue—cured tobacco were influenced remarkably by different amount of nitrogen applied.Value of product,average price and rate of top quality leaves were higher under fitting amount of applied nitrogen.Nicotine content,total nitrogen and petroleum ether extracts content was increased,but total sugar content,reducing sugar content,the ratio of reducing sugar to nicotine and total nitrogen to nicotine were reduced,as the increasing of the amount of applied nitrogen.Chemical composition and sensory test results were better with 58.5 kg/hm2and 78 kg/hm2of nitrogen applied.
