摘    要:土壤酶在土壤的各元素循环中起重要的作用,其活性与土壤质量紧密相连。本试验以连作8 a年的土壤为研究对象,设计了几种不同的栽培模式,研究了不同栽培模式对土壤酶活性和相关养分的影响。结果表明:在温室夏季休闲期栽培青蒜的处理,土壤多酚氧化酶活性显著高于其它处理,休闲期种植作物的栽培模式其蔗糖酶活性高于休闲处理的栽培模式,但土壤脲酶和酸性磷酸酶的活性却低于休闲模式,并且休闲处理土壤中速效氮和有效磷含量高于其它栽培模式。从对连作土壤的修复效果和土壤酶活性两方面综合考虑,休闲期种植青蒜和速生叶菜的栽培模式比单一休闲效果好。

Abstract:The soil enzyme play a vital role in various elements circulation and its activeness is connected with soil quality This experiment took the continuous cropping 8 years soil as the research object,designed several different cultivation patterns to research the influence of these on the soil enzyme activity and the correlation nutrient.s which summer plant garlic was remarkably higher than other treatments,sucrase activeness which plant crops in summer fallow period remarkably were higher than control,but phosphatase and urease activeness were remarkable lower than control,also soil effective phosphorus and nitrogen were higher than other treatments.From soil repair effect and soil enzyme activity were synthesis considered,educe the effect planting garlic and leafy vegetable was higher than sole leisure.
