辽南地区仔猪大肠杆菌的分离鉴定及药物敏感性试验

从辽阳、营口、大连部分规模化养猪场采集临床诊断疑似仔猪黄痢、白痢的直肠棉拭子及病死猪的肠系膜淋巴结进行细菌分离，通过形态学检查、生化鉴定，结果发现，分离到的3株细菌均符合大肠杆菌特征，对其进行药物敏感性试验。结果显示，3株大肠杆菌均对氧哌嗪青霉素、头孢唑啉、阿米卡星、卡那霉素和庆大霉素高度敏感；对链霉素、氟哌酸和氧氟沙星中度敏感，对氨苄青霉素和环丙沙星耐药。

Isolation and Identification of Pig's Pathogenic E. coli and Medicine-resistance Test

Collected the rectum cotton swabs and mesenteric lymph nodes of dead pigs that clinical diagnosis suspected yellow dysentery and white dysentery from large-scale pig farms of Liaoyang,Yingkou,Dalian.After the pathogeny isolation and identification of the modality and the biochemical reaction of the bacterias,it was considered the three bacterias as pathogenic E.coli.A medicine-resistance tests to 10 drugs was performed with the isolated E.coli.The results showed that the three bacterias are on Piperazine,Cefazolin,Amikacin,Kanamycin and Gentamicin highly sensitive,to Streptomycin,Norfloxacin and Ofloxacin moderately sensitive,to Ampicillin and Ciprofloxacin resistance.
