基于逆向工程的打印机外壳创新设计

摘    要:文章以打印机外壳逆向设计为例,利用Polyworks软件对打印机外壳局部点云数据进行拼接并分析其点云数据拼接质量,采用三维建模软件Pro/E对打印机外壳进行模型重构并在此基础上进行改良设计。结果表明:逆向设计作为产品设计的一种技术手段,可以快速高效实现产品创新。

Innovative design of printer housing based on reverse engineering

Abstract:Articles taking the reverse design of the printer housing as an example,using Polyworks software to stitch the local point cloud data of the printer housing and analyze the quality of the point cloud data stitching,using 3D modeling software Pro/E to reconstruct the model of the printer housing and build on this improved design.The results show that reverse design,as a technical means of product design,can realize product innovation quickly and efficiently.
