| 摘 要： | 以构建的口蹄疫病毒非结构蛋白3ABC质粒pGEM-T-3ABC为模板,设计了特异性的引物,进行RT-PCR扩增得到非结构蛋白3AB、3A基因,然后分别定向克隆到原核表达载体pET-28a、pET-41a载体上,将重组质粒转化宿主菌BL21,IPTG诱导表达目的蛋白。表达产物经SDS-PAGE和Western blotting检测,证明重组蛋白在大肠杆菌中成功表达。
