| Abstract: | In order to ensure the development of agricultural infrastructure construction smoothly should,as far as possible,make small irrigation and water conservancy engineering maximum benefit,guarantee the smooth progress of water conservancy construction,mainly from the small farmland water conservancy project,the importance of the construction of small farmland water conservancy project construction in light of the existing problems and solving small farmland water conservancy project construction problem move these three aspects to carry on the analysis. |
