南汇东滩湿地不同植被类型土壤酶时空分布特征

摘    要:本文主要研究了2019年上海南汇东滩海三棱藨草湿地土壤酶全年时空分布及影响因素特征。依据海三棱藨草植被空间分布的差异,重点研究了海三棱藨草植被区、互花米草植被区、互花米草-海三棱藨草植被混合区以及对照区域光滩4个不同区域土壤酶的差异及其影响因素。研究结果如下:(1)南汇东滩海三棱藨草湿地中,不同植被类型土壤酶活性不同:脲酶活性最大值有海三棱藨草区>光滩区>互花米草区>混合区;土壤蔗糖酶活性最大值有海三棱藨草区>互花米草区>混合区>光滩区;碱性磷酸酶活性最大值有光滩区>海三棱藨草区>混合区>互花米草区;过氧化氢酶活性最大有混合区>海三棱藨草区>互花米草区>光滩区;(2)混合植被区脲酶和蔗糖酶活性低于单一植被区,互花米草入侵降低了脲酶蔗糖酶酶活性,降低了海三棱藨草湿地的土壤肥力;(3)不同植被类型区域土壤酶活性受环境因子影响不同,植被类型决定了土壤肥力进而影响了酶活力。

Abstract:: The spatial and temporal distribution of soil enzymes and their influencing factors were studied in the east wetland of Nanhui, Shanghai in 2019.According to the spatial distribution difference of Scirpus mariqueter vegetation and different elevation, the differences of soil enzymes and their influencing factors in 5 different areas of Scirpus mariqueter vegetation, Spartina alterniflora area, Spartina alterniflora and Scirpus mariqueter mixture area, higher elevation mixture area, and lower elevation mixture area were studied.The results were as follows :(1) the soil enzyme activities of different vegetation types were increased in the Scirpus mariqueter regions of the Nanhui Scirpus mariqueter wetlands.The highest activity of urease and sucrase was found in Scirpus mariqueter region,the highest activity of catalase was found in Spartina alterniflora region;the activity of urease and sucrase in mixed vegetation area was lower than that in single vegetation area,the invasion of Spartina alterniflora reduced the activity of urease and sucrase.(2) Elevation affects soil enzyme activity, urease activity and alkaline phosphatase are more active in lower elevation vegetation areas, sucrose is more active with higher elevation, and catalase is more active in vegetation suitable for growth.(3)The invasion of interfloral Spartina alterniflora reduced the soil fertility of Scirpus mariqueter.The physical and chemical factors affecting the enzyme activity were different between the Spartina alterniflora area and the Scirpus mariqueter area, and the variation trend of physicochemical factors in season was also different.(4) Soil enzyme activities in regions with different vegetation types are affected by different environmental factors, and vegetation types determine soil fertility and thus affect enzyme activities.
