| 摘 要： | 利用精益生产方式的方法,通过对某拖拉机装配线系统地分析,找到装配线上主要浪费,利用5S、作业标准化、改善等精益工具,对其装配的问题进行改善,通过机制的建立,保证了改善活动的持续进行,实现了人均装配效率的提升,利于进一步深化推进精益生产方式。

| Abstract: | The tractor assembling line is systematically analyzed by using the lean production methods to find out the main wasteful points.5S,operation standardization,improvement and other lean tools are used to improve the assembly problems.Through the establishment of the mechanism,the continuous improvement activities are guaranteed,and per capita assembly efficiency is improved,and which is beneficial to deepen and widen the use of lean production method. |
