摘    要:研究了施肥对小麦品质的影响,结果表明:随施氮量的增加和追肥时期的后延,蛋白质和面筋含量明显提高。在高肥条件下,采用合理的栽培措施能明显提高蛋白质产量,改善小麦品质。文中对磷肥降低籽粒蛋白质含量的“稀释效应”进行了分析。

Abstract:Effects of fertilizer application on quality of wheat were studied in the experiment conducted in Xuzhou. It was indicated that the content of protein and gluten increased considerably along with the increase of Nfertilizer applied and the delay of its application. It was also thoroughly discussed that the dilution of P-fertilizer reduced the percentage of grain protein. According to this experiment, on the basis of proper sparsely-sowing and basal dressing, limiting N quantity applied before flower differentiation, increasing N application in the period of stamen and pistil differentiation and applying it again during heading and flowering, will attain a cultivation objective for wheat with high yielding as well as good quality.
