基于供应链管理模式下的采购评价指标研究

供应链管理模式下的采购管理作为一种适合新形势企业需求的管理，在企业中得到广泛运用。企业要通过采购活动补充物质能源才能向市场提供新产品，这就需要将供应链内部需求由企业向供应商企业进行采购订货。本文基于供应链管理模式下，运用层次分析法对供应链的采购评价指标进行分析研究。

Study on the Procurement Evaluation Index Based on Supply Chain Management Mode

Procurement management under the supply chain management mode is suitable for the management of the enterprise under new situation and has been used widely in the enterprises. Enterprises must conduct procurement activities to supplement the materials and energy in order to provide new products to the market, therefore it is required that the internal demand within the supply chain of the enterprise should be satisfied by purchasing from the suppliers. This paper is to analyze the procurement evaluation indicators of supply chain by AHP based on supply chain management mode.
