摘    要:作业分析作为工业工程的一种改善方法,是对工作者、作业对象和作业工具相互间进行的分析.做好三者之间相对灵活的配合是作业分析提高效率的关键之处.因此,将作业分析运用于企业,尽可能的减少浪费,全面提高企业的生产效率.以某企业液力变矩器的装配生产线为研究对象,对瓶颈工序进行作业分析.结果表明,作业分析简化操作流程、缩短操作时间,提高企业装配生产的效率,增强企业的竞争力,充分证明作业分析的实际运用效果.

Abstract:As one of the improvement methods in Industry Engineering, operation analysis can improve the production efficeieney in all areas of the company for analyzing the effects among people, objects, and tools. The key is to deal well with the relationship a- mong people, objects and tools. Therefore, applying operation analysis to the company can decrease the possible waste and improve the production efficiency. This paper takes the assembling line of Hydraulic torque convener as the study target and analyzes bottleneck processes. The resuhs show that operation analysis can simplify the operation process, decrease the operation time, improve the effi- ciency of assembly production, and enhance the competitiveness of business, which demonstrates its practical application effect.
