摘    要:中密度纤维板的剖面密度形成于热压过程,影响剖面密度的热压温度、热压压力、压机速度以及压板间距和板坯含水率,也是连续热压控制过程中的主要控制对象.本文通过不同的检测手段对其影响因素进行检测,建立以PLC为控制核心的MDF连续热压控制系统.并对热压温度参数、热压压力参数进行模糊PID控制,从而有效地生产出符合要求的高质量中密度纤维板.

Abstract:The density of medium density fiberboard is formed in the hot pressing process. The factors such as hot pressing tem- perature, hot pressing pressure, pressing speed, plate spacing and moisture content of mat can affect the section density, which are the main control objects in continuous hot pressing control process. In this paper, the affecting factors are detected using different de- tection means and MDF continuous hot pressing control system with PLC as the control core is established. The hot pressing tempera- ture parameters and the pressure parameters are fuzzy controlled by PID, thus high quality medium density fiber board that meet re- quirements can be effectively produced.
