摘    要:针对目前电动助力转向系统回正效果不理想的问题,为了降低驾驶员在转向时施加在转向盘上的转动力矩,提高驾驶员转向时的方向感,借助新型的转角传感器,并结合一种新型的基于转向盘转角估计的积分分离PID控制策略来改善转向盘的回正特性.结合EPS的动力模型,通过Matlab软件对控制策略进行实验仿真,结果表明此控制策略可以提高转向盘的回正性能,利于驾驶员提高行驶时的稳定性和安全性,降低了转向盘抖动对驾使员产生的不良影响.

Abstract:Back to a positive result is not ideal for electric power steering system. In order to reduce the rotational torque applied to turn the steering wheel on the steering and improve the sense of direction of the driver's steering, with the new angle sensor, a novel Integral separation algorithm PID control strategies was proposed based on steering wheel angle estimation to improve the steering wheel back to the positive characteristics. Combining the EPS power model and experimental simulation of control strategy through the Matlab software, the results showed that this control strategy can improve the steering wheel back positive characteristic, conducive to the driver to improve the stability and security when traveling, and reduce the jitter effect of the steering wheel.
