| 摘 要： | 从环境的选择、围网的架设、日常管理等方面，按照绿色食品标准开展大黄鱼围养技术的研究，取得成功，并制定了一套较完善的大黄鱼围养技术规范。研究结果表明：每口围养大黄鱼3年总产值614．5万元，利润494万元；大黄鱼体形较为修长，体色呈淡金黄色，蛋白质含量18．7％，脂肪含量13．6％，氨基酸总含量181．5g／kg，其中鲜味氨基酸总含量87．1g／kg。
