摘    要:建立了一种顶空-毛细管气相色谱快速测定不同品种食用植物油中溶剂残留量的方法。在80℃下振摇30 min后顶空进样,采用DB-624毛细管柱(0.53μm,0.25 mm,30 m)和氢火焰检测器测定,外标法定量。结果表明,在0~500μg范围内,六号溶剂的峰面积与其含量呈良好线性关系,相关系数为0.999,检出限为0.096 mg/kg,8种食用植物油平均加标回收率为87.5%~106.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.30%~3.05%。该方法简便快速、结果准确、重现性好,适合各种植物油中溶剂残留量的测定。

Abstract:An analytical method for fast determination for solvent residue in different edible vegetable oils by headspace gas chromatography was developed. Headspace sampling after shaking 30 min at 80 ℃,the analysis were then detected by FID detector after separation by DB-624(0.53μm,0.25 mm,30 m) chromatographic column. The result showed that the linear range was between 0~500μg and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999. The detection limit was 0.096 mg/kg,and compared with the 8 varieties of edible vegetable oils,the average recoveries were between 87.50% and 106.00% with the relative standard deviations(RSD) of 0.30%~3.05%. The analysis method above has the advantages of simple operation,high degree of automation, good reproducibility,high sensitivity.
