超声与活性炭降解甲基橙溶液的研究

摘    要:目的]探讨超声波和活性炭降解甲基橙溶液的效果。方法]对难降解的有机物甲基橙进行超声与活性炭联合降解,分析超声频率、超声功率、超声处理时间、溶液pH值、反应时间、活性炭吸附时间、活性炭吸附剂投加量等因素对甲基橙降解率的影响,确定降解甲基橙溶液的最佳参数,并对超声波单一处理效果和活性炭联用效果进行比较。结果]利用超声波和活性炭降解甲基橙溶液的最佳参数为:处理液pH值3.0,温度250℃,超声功率40 W,超声频率25 kHz,活性炭投加量9 g/L,反应时间90 min,在此条件下对甲基橙的降解率可达83.8%。结论]仅用超声波单一的方法降解有机物,达不到较高的降解效果,最好是将超声处理与其他方法联合使用,才能取得理想效果。

Experimental Study on Ultrasound and Activated Carbon in Degradation of Methylorange Solution

Abstract:Objective] The study aimed to discuss the effects of the ultrasound and activated carbon in the degradation of methylorange solution.Method] The organic methylorange difficult to be degraded were degraded by the combination of ultrasound and activated carbon,the factors such as ultrasonic frequency ultrasonic power,ultrasonic processing time,solution pH value,the reaction time,active carbon adsorption time,adding quantity of active carbon adsorbent on the degradation rate of methylorange were analyzed,the best parameters to degrade the methylorange solution were confirmed and the effects of ultrasound in single treatment and in combination with activated carbon were compared.Result] The best parameters to degrade the methylorange solution by the ultrasound and activated carbon were follows: pH in the treat solution of 3.0,temperature of 25 ℃;ultrasonic power of 40 W,ultrasonic frequency of 25 kHz,active carbon adding quantity of 9 g/L,reaction time of 90 min,under which the degradation rate of methylorange reached to 83.8%.Conclusion] If only using single ultrasound to degrade the organics cannot achieve higher degradation effect,therefore,it is best to combine the ultrasonic treatment with other methods so that the ideal effect could be achieved.
