| Abstract: | Our country sweet - potato annual output occupies the world above 80% . This essay tells us the situation of using sweet - potato residue to make vinegar at home and abroad . It also provides an all - round analysis of its technical , economic and socially beneficial feasibility. It's proved that this technique is feasible. It's a necessity for developing cyclic economy. Besides, it's of great economic benefits. |
