摘 要: | 我国红薯年产量占全世界的80%以上。随着薯类淀粉加工业的发展,大量薯渣没有被合理利用。对红薯薯渣酿醋在技术、经济上的可行性进行了全面分析,认为该项技术是可行的,且经济、社会效益显著。

Abstract: | Our country sweet - potato annual output occupies the world above 80% . This essay tells us the situation of using sweet - potato residue to make vinegar at home and abroad . It also provides an all - round analysis of its technical , economic and socially beneficial feasibility. It's proved that this technique is feasible. It's a necessity for developing cyclic economy. Besides, it's of great economic benefits. |
