达玛树脂提取物对人参细胞中皂苷单体含量的影响

摘    要:用硅胶柱层析分离达玛树脂石油醚-丙酮提取物,选分离得到的2种提取物组分分别饲喂悬浮培养的人参细胞,考察细胞生长、人参皂苷积累的变化情况。试验结果表明:提取物II可以最大提高人参细胞人参皂苷Rb1含量42.3 %±2.6 %,Rg1含量33.2 %±1.4 %,Re含量35.6 %±1.6 %;而提取物I对人参细胞的生长和皂苷的合成有抑制作用。

Abstract:Extracts of dammar resin were initially separated with silica gel chromatography eluted by petrol/acetone gradient. Panax ginseng culture cells were fed with two fractions of the extracts, separately, and the growth of cells and the content of ginsenosides in cells were determined. The results showed that the content of ginsenoside Rb1, ginsenoside Rg1 and ginsenoside Re in cells increased by 42.3 %±2.6 %, by 33.2 %±1.4 % and by 35.6±1.6 %, separately, after adding the fraction II; however adding the fraction I decreased the growth of cells and the content of ginsenosides.
