| 摘 要： | 结合中国热带农业学院(以下简称热科院)2011年农业基本建设项目初验收和项目抽查情况，就质量控制的目标、原则、方法等进行了回顾；并结合实际，就工程项目的现场检查等进行总结，旨在有序推动“十二五”期间热科院基础建设进度，并做好质量控制。
