| Abstract: | This paper deepens to analyze programming, building and management the Luoyang Integrated Experiment Base of Oil Crops Research Institute and Langfang Agricultural High-Tech Industrial Park, which belong to Chinese Academy of Agricultural Science (CAAS), and then it summaries experiences. At the ending, several suggestions to Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Science are given out. |
