| 摘 要： | 如何建立社会主义和谐文化，是我们在构建社会主义和谐社会过程中面临的一个新课题。我们必须建立社会主义和谐文化的长效机制，弘扬和谐自觉的文化精神，建设社会主义核心价值体系，继续深化文化体制改革，促进文化市场和文化产业的发展，构建起与和谐社会相适应的科学体系，努力在构建和谐社会实践中创造中国特色社会主义文化的新辉煌。

| Abstract: | During the course of constructing the socialist harmonious society, how to build the harmonious culture is a new problem confronted us. We must establish socialist harmonious culture＇s enduring mechanism, develop the harmonious spirit, build socialism core value system, deepen the reform of the cultural system continuously, promote the development of cultural undertakings and culture industry, build the science system adapted to the socialist harmonious society. Through this, we can create new splendour of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics in the practice of constructing socialist harmonious society. |
