酸法提取芦荟皮果胶工艺优化

摘    要:为综合利用芦荟茎肉加工后丢弃的芦荟皮,以芦荟皮干燥粉末为原料,采用酸提醇沉法进行了芦荟皮果胶的提取试验,并在此基础上进行了影响果胶提取的单因素试验以及响应面优化试验。试验表明,酸提醇沉法提取芦荟皮果胶可行,且最佳提取工艺为液料比30∶1、溶液pH值3.5、酸解时间120 min和酸解温度75 ℃,果胶提取率为22.593%。

Abstract:In order to make use of aloe peel discarded from processing of aloe stalk meat,aloe peel dry powder was as raw material,acid extraction and alcohol precipitation method was used for extraction of aloe pectin.On this basis,single factor test and response surface optimization experiment were carried out to extract pectin.Test showed that acid extraction and alcohol extraction of aloe pectin precipitation method was feasible.Optimum extraction technology was ratio of liquid to material 30∶1,the pH value of solution 3.5,the acid hydrolysis time 120 min and acidolysis temperature 75 ℃,and extraction rate of pectin was 22.593%.
