| 摘 要： | 通过对权函数的估算,应用实分析方法的技巧,建立了一个新的零齐次核的希尔伯特型积分不等式及其等价形式,并给出它们的逆向不等式,同时用复分析方法求出它们最佳的常数因子.

| Abstract: | In this paper,by estimating the weight function,using the way of real analysis,a new Hilbert-type integral inequality which is a Hilbert-type integral inequality with homogeneous kernel of 0-degree is given.The equivalent inequality and the reverse forms are considered.The best constant factor is calculated by way of complex analysis. |
