摘    要:结果表明,用昆虫病原线虫泰山1号,在花生地防治华北大黑鳃金龟及暗黑鳃金龟幼虫的方法,使每666.7m~2花生地蛴螬的残虫量由8083头控制到167头,花生的损失率由原来的38.7%降至0.2%。线虫防治与施药区比较,每亩可增收花生150kg 以上,较空白对照区可增收花生237.5kg。充分显示了用该线虫取代农药防治的可行性,为控制历年严重为害花生的华北大黑鳃金龟及暗黑鳃金龟找到了新的途径。

Abstract:The application of Taishan No.1,a species of entomophagous nema-todes belonging to Genus Heterorhabiditis,against peanut grubs Holotrichiaparallela Motshulsky and H.oblita Faldermann was studied.The resultsof different treatments,including different densities of nematode,soilconditions,application methods and times,showed that one surfacespraying,which is more effective after rainfall,with one hundredmillion infective nematodes per 666.7 square meters in 1st instar stageof grubs is desirable in all soil textures.The grub residue and the yieldloss rate of peanut in treated plot declined from 8083 to167 larvae/666.7m~2and 38.7% to 0.2%,respectively;and the peanut yield were 150 and237.5kg/666.7m~2 more than chemical control and none treatment ones,respectively.It is indicated that the application of this nematode is a new andfeasible measure to substitute the insecticides such as phoxim againstthe notorious peanut grubs.
