摘    要:在实验室沙培条件下, 研究了NaCl胁迫下高粱不同器官中Na+、 K+、 Ca 2+和Cl-含量的变化。 在中轻度胁迫下, 耐盐的独角虎和盐敏感的糖高粱根中Na +含量远高于各器官Na+含量平均值。 在地上部分中, 叶鞘Na+含量明显高于叶片 。 对独角虎而言, 成熟叶和生长叶叶片Na+含量没有明显差异, 而成熟叶叶鞘Na+ 含量略高于生

Abstract:Changes in Na , K , Ca 2 and Cl - contents in different organs of sand cultured sorghum seedlings under NaCl stress were studied. Under mild salt stress, root Na content of both salt tolerant Du Jiao Hu and salt sensitive Tang Gao Liang was markedly higher than the average of all the organs of the shoot. As for Du Jiao Hu, Na content in sheath was significantly higher than that in leaves. There was no significant d ifference in Na content between mature blade and young blade, but Na con tent of mature sheath was some higher than that of young sheath. As for Tang Gao Liang, Na content of mature blade was higher than that of young blade and N a content of young blade was higher than that of mature sheath. Under severe NaCl stress, the gradient of Na content between the roots and shoot disappeared, Na content in the shoot was even higher than that in the roots. Under NaCl stress K content in different organs was decreased in orders: root>sheath>blade. Ca 2 content was also decreased but in orders: youn g blade>sheath>root. Cl - content in different organs was all increased under NaCl stress and the degree of the increase was in orders: shoot>root; sheath> blade; mature blade>young blade. The relationship between the changes in Na , K , Ca 2 and Cl - contents of different organs and salt tolerance of sorghum plants was discussed.
