翅荚木地理种源苗期遗传性状变异

摘    要:对采自翅荚木主要分布区的9个种源进行了苗期试验,结果表明:翅荚木苗期叶片小叶宽度、长度和面积存在极显著差异,并与种子的大小和千粒质量相关;不同种源间的苗高、地径及苗木生物量之间没有显著差异;翅荚木苗木喜阳耐高温,7-8月地径生长量占全年的47.38%~51.90%,高生长量占全年的62.82%~69.06%.因此,抗寒性等特异性状的选择应该成为翅荚木种源选择的重点,单株选择是培育速生良种的关键.

Abstract:The seedling experiments of nine Zenia insignis provenances from their major distribution districts were conducted. The results showed that there existed extreme differences in leaf width, length and area among provenances in seedling stage, which correlated with the seed size and thousand-seed weight. There were not significant difference in seedling height, basal diameter and biomass among provenances. Z. insignis adapts sunshine and was heat-tolerance. The basal diameter increment in July and August took 47.38% - 51.90% of the annual total, while the height increment took 62.82%- 69.06% of the annual total. So, the cold-tolerance trait should be the key factor in Z. insignis provenance selection. The individual selection was the key to cultivate fast-growing fine varieties.
