浙江农村变迁与社区服务

浙江农村己由自然经济开始向市场经济转变,产业结构、就业结构、人口结构发生了一系列的变化,而社会保障服务严重滞后,与社会经济发展难以协调。本文从社会学角度分析了两种不同形态的社会服务机制与社会整合的关系。针对社会服务体系完善过程中存在的3个问题,分析了社区服务的特点及其重要意义。在比较农村社区和城市社区不同特点的基础上,提出了实施农村社区服务的两大原则和需要正确处理的4个方面关系。

Rural Changes and Community Services in Zhejiang

Rural areas in Zhejiang are changing from natural economy to market economy and accordingly estate structure, employment structure and population structure have modified greatly. However, the social insurance service is in a stagnant state. It is not in accordance with the rapid development of social economy. This paper, from the viewpoint of sociology, studies the relationship between social integration and two different social servive systems, and meanwhile analyses the characteristics and significance of social service in the light of the three chief problems encountered in the development of social service system. Based on the comparison between rural community and urban community, the author puts forward two principles of carrying out rural community service and suggests the relationship among four aspects which should be handled correctly.
