部分美国小麦种质资源的耐盐性鉴定

摘    要:为筛选高抗性的优质小麦资源,对通过前期抗病性和品质鉴定筛选出的7份优质美国冬小麦品种的耐盐性进行了鉴定。结果表明,盐胁迫下7个小麦品种的发芽率、相对根长、相对芽长、根系活力、叶绿素含量、净光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度均有不同程度的下降;过氧化物酶活性、超氧化物歧化酶活性、可溶性蛋白含量、丙二醛含量、可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸含量、相对质膜透性和胞间CO2浓度则均有不同程度的上升。聚类分析结果表明,Hitch、TVT0PL-9和对照西农509为高耐盐品种;NE09L-47、NE09L-60-2和TVT09L-1为耐盐品种;NE09L-12和TVT09L-16为中耐盐品种;对照中国春为盐敏感品种。

Abstract:In order to obtain high quality and resistant resource of wheat,seven high quality and disease-resistant varieties from American had been identified by resistance and quality tests were used for evaluation of salt tolerance. The results showed that the relative germination rate,relative root length,relative bud length,root vigor,chlorophyll content,net photosynthesis rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance of 7 wheat varietis were all decreased under salt stress,while POD activity,SOD activity,soluble protein content,MDA content,soluble sugar content,proline content,relative membrane permeability and intercellular CO2 concentration were increased. Cluster analysis results showed that Titch,TVT09L-9 and Xinong 509 showed high salt resistance;NE09L-47,NE09L-60-2 and TVT09L-1 showed salt resistance; NE09L-12 and TVT09L-16 showed medium salt resistance. Chinese spring showed low salt resistance.
