不同来源大麦材料的农艺性状和籽粒蛋白质含量及群体遗传结构分析

摘    要:为了解大麦农艺性状间的相关性及群体结构,对57份大麦的农艺性状及籽粒蛋白质含量进行测定与分析,并利用SSR标记进行遗传多样性和群体结构分析。结果表明,大麦的穗长与芒长、穗粒数和千粒重显著相关,被测农艺性状均与籽粒蛋白质含量之间无显著相关性。41对SSR引物共检测出171个等位变异,变幅为2~7,平均每个标记4.17个,多样性平均值为0.582;多态信息含量(PIC)介于0.147~0.795之间,平均值为0.530,每个标记遗传多样性组成中获得有效性的平均值为98.29%,Shannon指数变幅为0.297~1.789;遗传相似性指数(GS)变幅为0.566~0.920,平均值为0.696;在GS值为0.667处可将57份大麦材料分为3个类群,每个类群分别包含1、11和45份材料,群体遗传结构分析显示,57份材料被分为3个亚群,每个亚群分别包含21、18、18份材料。

Abstract:To understand the relationship between different agronomic traits and population structure,the agronomic traits and grain protein content of 57 barley materials were investigated,their genetic diversity and population structure were analyzed using 41 SSR markers.The results showed that there were significant correlations between panicle length and awn length,panicle length and 1 000-grain weight.Otherwise,there were no significant correlations between agronomic traits and grain protein content.A total of 171 alleles were found in 57 materials by 41 SSR markers,ranged from 2 to 7 with 4.17 loci in average.The average genetic diversity and polymorphic information content(PIC) values observed were 0.582 and 0.530,respectively, with a variation from 0.147 to 0.795,and each marker obtained with an average data availability of 98.29%.The Shannon's index ranged from 0.297 to 1.789.The genetic similarity varied from 0.566 to 0.920 with an average of 0.696,which were divided into 3 groups at the genetic similarity coefficient level of 0.667,and each group inclued 1,11 and 45 materials.Analysis of the population structure indicated that the 57 materials were divided into 3 groups,each group contained 21,18 and 18 materials,respectively.
