基于熵值法的灌区节水改造项目后评价研究

摘    要:在研究国内外灌区节水改造项目后评价方法的基础上,将熵值法应用于灌区节水改造项目后评价指标权重的确定,并以陕西关中9大灌区为实例进行了分析。结果表明,熵值法能有效减少主观因素对项目评价结果的影响,提高项目评价的客观真实性。

Abstract:Based on the research on the later-evaluation method of water-saving improvement project in irrigation areas,entropy method was applied to determine the index weight of the later-evaluation of water-saving irrigation improvement project.Nine irrigation areas in Guanzhong of Shaanxi were analyzed.The studies showed that entropy method could effectively reduce the impact of subjective factors on the evaluation results and improve the authenticity of the project evaluation.
