| 摘 要： | 文章通过采用投资回收法、净现值分析法、内部收益率法、不确定性分析等经济评价方法对福建省顺昌县建设的优质、丰产无患子示范基地进行经济效益分析。结果表明:该项目年可新增销售收入320.0万元,年生产成本费用189.8万元,年创利润170.25万元,投资回收期8.1a,净现值82.91万元,财务内部收益率达11.77%,高于基准收益率,经济效益显著。

| Abstract: | In this paper,by using the payback method,net present value analysis,internal rate of return method,uncertainty analysis these economic evaluation method to analyse the economic impact of construction quality,high yield Sapindus mukorossi demonstration base in shunchang County in Fujian,the results show that: the project annual new sale income increase by 3.2 million yuan,the annual production cost by 1.898 million yuan,1.7025 million yuan and annual profits,investment payback period by 8.1 years,the net present value of 0.8291 million yuan,the financial internal rate of return of 11.77%,higher than the benchmark yield significant economic benefits. |
